  1. There’s loads of interesting ideas in this post. BUT, people have been predicting the end of civilization for a long time – take a look in the bible. My advice on this approach to research and its conclusions – take it seriously, not literally.

  2. @Alan : you’re right about all the predictions. But all the mathematical simulations show that the predictions were rights. The simulations (those requested by the Club of Rome) predicted the current situation 40 years ago. Never had we such precise simulations at a global level, and with results validated by reality.

    In a pure Solution Focused way, we cna recognize that some people, even some countries do try to address the most pressing issues. So, things can change but nobody told us it would be easy. Maybe Positive Deviace will come into play or we will have to change out of necessity. It’s too sad the damages will probably be huge (not only to earth but to the populations as well).
